Micki Myers is originally from England, where she divided her time between an apartment in London and a cottage in the country. One had electricity and plumbing and the other did not.
After studying graphic design at Central St. Martin’s School of Art, Micki moved to the United States, where she pursued writing degrees at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh.
She has taught English for over 20 years, published two books, and her blogs attract a worldwide readership.
She likes to grow her own herbs and vegetables and cook from scratch; is obsessed with typography, the Antarctic, old books; is a workaholic nerd; and can often be found wearing a large hat and singing along to country music in the car.
Micki lives in Pittsburgh with her two children and sweetheart.
